The Black Crow: Tai Gong

The first concepts I did for my personal project: The Black Crow. It is also the first time I did world building and concepts digitally. It's nice to be able to design the environment for a change.

Fluzzard and Johnny just moved into a new town inhabited by Mynahs. Due to the differences in appearance, Fluzzard was immediately shunned and ridiculed by them. Wanting to fit in with the new community, he resorts to changing his appearance much to Johnny's displeasure. Won 'Best Art Direction' at the National Youth Film Awards 2019 ~ Screened at Cartoons Underground 2019. Earned special mention for the Student Competition and won 'Audience Choice Award' ~ Nominated for DigiCon6 Asia Singapore Awards 2019 ~ Nominated for 'Best Animation', 'Best Art Direction', 'Best Directing, 'Best Editing' and 'Best Cinematography' for the Crowbar Awards 2019. The Space Administration Numbers

Space OCs I enjoy learning about astronomy and space telescopes, and I'm also inspired by how characters from Mega Man can have simple but effective designs.
